Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Anil Panwar has a rich and varied experience spanning over 37+ years experience in various industries including nine years of experience in health-delivery sector. He is a Chartered Accountant and completed his graduation from Punjab University Campus, Chandigarh. |
He started his illustrious career with DCM in the year 1977 and since then has worked for a large diversified group, a multinational company and start up healthcare organization. His last assignment was as a Chief Executive Officer of a healthcare company i.e. I-VEN Medicare Pvt. Limited, a company of ICICI Venture.
He has successfully led restructuring of a group, joint venture negotiations, financial planning, raising of funds including IPO/listing of a company, acquisition and has been part of the team to take Fortis to no 2 player in the country within a short span.
He became associated with the Fortis Group in the year 2002, when he joined Fortis Healthcare Limited. Mr. Anil Panwar also manages group holding & investment companies of the group & is a member of Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Holding Pvt. Ltd in addition to other investment companies of the group. |

Shireen Rao
Associate – Vice President
Bioanalytical and Pharmacokinetic Professional with around more than 17 years of research experience in Bioanalytical and analytical Method Development and Validation, conducting Bioavailability and Bio-equivalence studies, Stability studies, Documentation procedures, cGLP and cGMP guidelines and related quality systems.

Conducted around 250 bio-availability and bio-equivalence studies for various immediate release, delayed release and extended release formulations as per approved protocols to assess their pharmacokinetic behavior.Major regulatory agencies like US-FDA,MHRA (UK), TGA (Australia), MCC (South Africa) and ANVISA (Brazil) have accorded approval for such studies.
Have also handled advanced instruments like HPLC, LC/MS/MS. Prior to FCRL was with Ranbaxy Research Labs where have worked as a scientist in analytical and bio-analytical areas and had lead a group of analysts for conducting BA/BE studies for various types of formulations.

Dr. Deepak Chandra Chilkoti
Head – Clinical Operations
Dr. Deepak C Chilkoti is the Head of Clinical Operations. He hold’s Master’s degree (MD) specializing in Pharmacology from Delhi University. He also hold’s a post graduate diploma in management from symbiosis University.

He has over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry. His responsibilities includes organization and conduct of bioequivalence and bioavailability studies on generic and NDDS products of all major therapeutic areas, and Phase I studies. Prior to joining FCRL, Dr. Deepak worked at Auriga Research Limited as Head Clinical and at Panacea Biotec limited as a project manager.
He has expertise and experience in managing clinical operations for global studies for submission to the FDA and EMEA.

Jaspreet Kaur
Head - QA and Training
A post graduate in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from Delhi University having around 10 years of experience of handling audits for Clinical studies (Bioequivalence & Clinical Trials) and Preclinical studies. Proven track record of successfully facilitating regulatory GCP/GLP inspections by USFDA, ANVISA, WHO, AFFSAPS, MHRA, Regulatory bodies of Turkey and Denmark, NABL, DCGI, CAP, AAALAC and Indian GLP monitoring authority.

Has conducted and managed internal & external Audits at both domestic and global level. Has worked in Corporate Quality Teams in multinational pharmaceutical companies as well as developed teams of Quality Professionals in a CRO set-up. Has worked with Ranbaxy Research Labs for 8 years in Corporate Quality Assurance department and with Vimta Labs Ltd for around 1 year.
Specializes in Developing Quality Management Systems. Has performed over 1000 in-life study audits, facility based audits and report/raw data audit to assess the facilities, equipment, procedures, methods, and documentation systems. The specialty areas are Clinical and Bioanalytical Labs System Set-up, Auditing Software Validations, Global Integration of systems, System Roll-Out and Implementation, Preclinical, BA/BE, Phase-1 and Clinical Data Management Auditing.
In addition to the above, she is currently also heading the Business Development activity for FCRL |

He is Graduate in Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and holds MBA degree in Information Technology. He is also holding various diploma and certifications in Information Technology area.

Started his career in IT infrastructure management and acquired over 14 years of technical and managerial experience solving business problems with Information System Technology solutions by process improvements and innovations. Previously, he has successfully launched many start-up MNC’s related to high-end IT Infrastructure, Database Products, Network Security and ERP Implementation.

His previous assignments were with reputed companies like Bharti Airtel Services Limited and ITC Marriott Welcom Hotel Saket, New Delhi. |
